10/25 Special Meeting: Trustee Jeff Church Censure & WCSD General Counsel OML Violation
The WCSD Board of Trustees first announced their intention for a formal censure of District A's Trustee, Jeff Church, in September. The meeting was rescheduled for 10/25/2021 to allow more time for the parties involved. The special meeting will focus on the allegations against Jeff Church, as well as an accusation made against WCSD General Counsel, Neil A. Rombardo, concerning whether or not he knew of Jacqueline Calvert living outside her district prior to that information being public.

2.01 Chief Counsel Rombardo
The discussion of whether Chief General Counsel, Neil A Rombardo, knew of the residency of former Trustee Calvert prior to the Board report on September 18, 2021. Violation of NRS 241.033;
Also a potential violation of the Open Meeting Law (OML) for possibly deliberating the issue of residency prior to placing the item on the formal agenda. NRS 241.020(3)

2.02 Discussion and Possible Action to Censure Trustee Jeff Church
The Board is indicating that Trustee Church has violated the following Board policies: 9050, 9051, 9052, 9055, 9081, 9088, 9115. These board policies revolve around loyalty, unity, duty of care, conduct...etc. They have posted supporting material on the Board website.
