Scott Benton, Elvira Diaz, Jennifer Fonda, Dr. John Gwaltney, Jack Heinemann, Adam Mayberry, Bruce Parks, Heather Parkyn, Danielle (Nicole) Perez, Graeme Reid, and John Reyes.
Public comment is welcome at this meeting.

2.02 Approval of a $586,782.57 grant application to Nevada Department of Education for the Governor's Emergency Education Relief Fund.
2.03 Approval of a $825,000 second round grant application of Federal Communications Commission Emergency Connectivity Fund.
2.04 Approval to renew the annual Powerschool contract WCSD uses for online employee professional learning. $184,062.53
2.05 Approval to renew contract for the district onbase hosted document management system. $230,658.92
2.08 Approval of various custodial supply bids in the amount of $468,150.88
2.09 Approval of payment of the 2022 membership fees to the National School Board Association (NSBA) for $12,975. This is ironic timing considering the NSBA's recent letter to the DOJ wanting to charge outspoken parents as domestic terrorists. This should be an interesting item.
